Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30-days after delivery. *

To initiate a return, please email and include your order number and the reason for your return. 

Damaged Product (if applicable) 
If a product was damaged during shipping, please provide pictures of the damage in your email initiating the return or refund.

Sale and/or promotional items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded. All items purchased at a discounted rate or during promotional sales, including holiday pop-ups are a final sale.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping and Return 
Shipping costs are non-refundable.  You will be responsible for your own shipping costs on returned items.**

* Delivery date is defined by the date the product was delivered by delivery service.  The term “initiated” is defined by the time/date stamp of the email correspondence initiating the return.

** Unless you are exchanging/returning a product that is damaged prior to arrival.
